Local retail leader Las Vegas Golf and Tennis always has the latest and greatest selection of new golf equipment, and Titleist clubs and balls are always in stock. What are the (Masters) Odds? Las Vegas Golf Pros Go Off as Long Shots |
|
April 4, 2006--The Masters tees off Thursday, April 5, and two PGA Tour players with Las Vegas golf course ties are in the field, but oddsmakers list them as long shots. If you take Tiger Woods out of the mix, you might get some decent value by picking former UNLV Rebel golfers Adam Scott and Chad Campbell. Scott goes off at 25-1 while Campbell is 75-1. Both have the games that can win at Augusta, but with Tiger in the field (he's won four out of 10 times at The Masters) it's tough to pick against him in any given week. Tiger goes off at 6-5 or 8-5, depending on where you place your wager. The best place to put your money is probably on the individual mactchups. Each sportsbook might vary on these matches, but if you look hard you can find some value. |
