Four PGA Tour pros with Las Vegas Golf ties will compete in the World Golf Championships-CA Championship that recently named Don Shula as its honorary tournament chairman. Shula, the former Miami Dolphins head coach, has Vegas ties as he once played in the Danny Gans Partee Fore Kids event at Southern Highlands Golf Club. The Danny Gans event benefits the First Tee of Southern Nevada through the Las Vegas Founders Golf Foundation.

Former UNLV Rebels Adam Scott, Chad Campbell and Charley Hoffman, and Las Vegas resident Dean Wilson are the four players who will carry the Las Vegas golf flag at the exclusive event played at the Doral Resort and Spa. Las Vegas tour pros haven't faired very well on the Florida swing this season, but any of this four could challenge for the title.
