For sure, Las Vegas is home to some of the best golf courses in the world, but sometimes you don't have time to play a full 18, or you want to sneak in a few minutes of practice before or after work, but can't make it to the golf course. Las Vegas Golf's Brady Bunch: SNGA President Leads the Points (again) |
 Brady Exber April 14, 2007--Brady Exber is to Southern Nevada Golf Association championships and Las Vegas golf what Roger Federer is to tennis. Yeah, we could've used a Tiger Woods analogy here, but now that Mr. Woods has lost the Masters, we're a little disappointed in him. Anyway, through the first couple of tournaments on the season-long SNGA schedule, Exber is leading the points race of the championship division. If his lead holds for the rest of the year, he'll win an unprecedented eighth Player of the Year award. And to top it all off, Exber is also enjoying his first year as president of the association. So far in 2007, Exber has won the Southern Nevada Amateur played at Las Vegas National Golf Club and finished second at the season opener played at the Las Vegas Paiute Golf Resort. |

TPC Canyons LPGA Tour Pro Erica Blasberg Gives Back To Hometown |

April 12, 2007--Erica Blasberg, a fairly new resident to Las Vegas and who plays out of Las Vegas golf course TPC Canyons, recently hosted the 2nd Annual Erica Blasberg Corporate Challenge in her hometown of Corona, California. The event supports her foundation, The Foundation for Community and Family Health. The event featured LPGA Tour players and Las Vegas golf residents Kim Hall and Stephanie Louden, other LPGA Tour players including Irene Cho, and athletes and celebrities from the NFL, X Games and other areas. The event was played at Eagle Glenn Country Club and Retreat Country Club, and the USC Marching Band welcomed guests with a rendition of the USC fight song. |
