University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) Golf Lady Rebels Championship Streak Ends

April 22, 2007--Three times in a row the Lady Rebels of UNLV golf had won the Mountain West Conference tournament championship, but that streaked end at the hands of TCU over the weekend in St. George, Utah. TCU was the champion, but the Enrada at Snow Canyon golf course was the true victor as TCU was the best team with a total of a whopping +52. UNLV carded a team total of +96.

UNLV's Natasha Krishna finished fourth at a respectable +13 and was also named to the All-conference team following the event.

The TCU win marked the first time in tournament history that either UNLV or New Mexico were not the champions.
