LAS VEGAS, NEV (March 1, 2017)—The Golf Summerlin family of courses is reaching out to lend a helping hand to those who lend a helping hand to visitors. It’s called Hospitality Wednesday and it’s simply their way of giving back to the industry workers. For the reduced rate of $35 at Highland Falls and Palm Valley and $25 at Eagle Crest, players can tee it up and save a little money at the same time. “We’re just looking to give something back to the people who take care of Las Vegas,” said Jim Neighbors, head golf pro at Highland Falls. “Hopefully, in turn, the hospitality people will talk about us to people they deal with on a daily basis.”

And to that end, Neighbors knows the Golf Summerlin courses need to be worth talking about. “We wouldn’t do this if we didn’t have a good product to sell,” he said. “And we feel we have one of the best products in town.”

Golf Summerlin’s three courses, located in northwest Las Vegas, offer players a variety of playing options. Whether they are looking for a full-length challenge (Highland Falls and Palm Valley) or an executive course for that quick round (Eagle Crest), all three offer great experiences.

The trio of courses were all designed by the duo of Billy Casper/Greg Nash.

Highland Falls’ elevation changes, bunkering and water hazards make for an impressive outing. The course plays to 6,512 yards from the tips but has tee box choices that will fit everyone’s game.

Palm Valley plays the longest of the three courses and tips out at around 6,900 yards. The opening and closing holes, both par 5s, offer players ideal chances to start and finish their round with a birdie (or an eagle if you’re a big hitter and have the game to get home in two).

Eagle Crest is a par-60, 4,067-yard executive layout that is the perfect spot to work on the short game, but it still has plenty of punch as evidenced by the par 3s that range from 115 yards to a whopping 224 yards.

If you’re a hospitality worker in Las Vegas, you know the value of a good deal. Now, the folks at Golf Summerlin are here with golf deals to show you they appreciate your efforts.
