Celebrities, sports stars and other dignitaries have a long history of playing golf in Las Vegas. Several presidents played at the old Desert Inn, and Sammy Davis, Jr. and his Rat Pack buddies were always teeing it up on the layout.

And the house used in the movie Casino sits on the 18th fairway at Las Vegas National Golf Club. It wasn’t uncommon during the filming to see Joe Pesci running around the grounds peering out at the course.

The list of notable golfers who have teed it up in Las Vegas is endless: Michael Jordan, Charles Barkley, Michael Douglass, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Justin Timberlake, Tommy Smothers, Jack Jones, Engelbert Humperdinck, Samuel L. Jackson, Greg Maddux, Mike Maddux, Reggie Jackson, Bill Clinton, George HW Bush, Susan Anton, Danny Gans, Andre Agassi, Celine Dion, Louie Anderson, DL Hughley, Greg Anthony, Kevin James, Ray Romano, James Caan, Sylvester Stallone and the list goes on. And on.

The Las Vegas golf courses they play is just as diverse from Shadow Creek to Wynn Las Vegas to Bali Hai Golf Club to Rio Secco Golf Club to Cascata Golf Club and many others.
