Las Vegas, Nevada (February 23, 2011)–Las Vegas Golf Region resident Natalie Gulbis has been an avid tweeter and, in general, on the forefront of social media and public relations in general. Gulbis moved to Las Vegas several years ago to be closer to instructor Butch Harmon and his school of golf that is located on the driving range of Las Vegas' Rio Secco Golf Club. Rio Secco is designed by Rees Jones and is also the home to the WAC College Golf Championships and the Wendy's 3-Tour Challenge. Gulbis is a regular competitor in the Wendy's event that pits three-player teams from the LPGA Tour, PGA Tour and Champions Tour against each other.
A recent Tweet from Gulbis, also posted at her Facebook page, reveals her loyal nature: "I am making my match play picks on golfweek.com …Yes I pick all of team Butch Harmon players to win of course!" Gulbis has gotten to know Dustin Johnson, Nick Watney, Phil Mickelson and the other PGA Tour pros who work with Harmon. The School is a popular practice spot, even for those players who don't live in Las Vegas like Gulbis and Watney.
The Facebook page includes photos, her tweets and other information. There are also links to her official website, NatalieGulbis.com, and other career information. Gulbis is also a part of the new LPGA Tour ad campaign. Click now to view her spot.
