Once teams sign up they are given a dedicated team webpage to personalize and send out to friends and colleagues, asking them to sponsor their team. We ask each two-person team to do their best to raise a minimum of $2,500 (including entry fee) and as a fun incentive all teams that reach this milestone will be entered into a draw to win an ultimate 7-day ultimate IRISH LINKS golf tour to Ireland. Essentially teams start competing the minute they sign up! Whilst fundraising is encouraged it is not a prerequisite of taking part. Proceeds from the Golf Challenge will go to the Els for Autism Foundation and be used to create the Els Center of Excellence that will reach out to help children on the autism spectrum across the U.S and internationally.
