Las Vegas, Nevada (April 29, 2012)–Tiger Jam in Las Vegas is in the books and total raised for the event over the years is more than $15 million. Tiger Woods served as the host and announced a matching text campaign where he would match all donations that were texted in during the Tiger Jam. Among the friends who attended and/or performed were Jon Bon Jovi and friends, David Cook, Lindsey Vonn, and MC Hammer. –By Brian Hurlburt

David Cook of American Idol fame kicked off the public portion of the Saturday night festivities at Mandalay Bay Events Center. Then Jon Bon Jovi and his friends took the stage and played several Bon Jovi hits in addition to several cover tunes including the Rolling Stones. Prior to the concert, Tiger Jam VIPs attended a dinner and fundraiser.

There was a also a poker tournament on Friday night, emceed by Phil Helmuth. Poker legend Doyle Brunson also attended and won the tournament, leading to several tweets. "Tiger Woods was a great host. Part of my prize was a putting lesson from Tiger. I told him I would give him a lesson. Lol." And he also tweeted: "Part of my prize for winning Tiger Woods' poker tourney was 2 tickets to Bon Jovi concert. I told Tiger I barely knew who Bon Jovi was." Brunson gave the tickets away.
