Butch Harmon Praises Nick Watney, Dustin Johnson Starts in Fedex Cup Playoffs

Las Vegas, Nevada (September 3, 2012)–Las Vegas' Butch Harmon has several PGA Tour players in the running for the overall title of the FedEx Cup playoffs. Last week, Nick Watney won The Barclays while Dustin Johnson finished third. And as this is being written, his guys, including Phil Mickelson, are having solid weeks at the Deutsche Bank Championship. "Nick Watney played very well in his come from behind victory last weekend", said Butch Harmon after the tournament. "Watney showed a great deal of tenacity and drive needed to overcome the deficit he faced at beginning of the final round. Dustin Johnson also played very well throughout the event and shot a very competitive score in the final round to help him move up in the FedEx Cup standings. Congratulations to Nick and Dustin for excellent performances." With the win, Watney moved to the top of the FedEx Cup standings.
