Tiger Jam Las Vegas

Las Vegas, Nevada (May 13, 2013)–Tiger Woods has already won four PGA Tour tournaments in 2013, the fastest start of his career. How will he celebrate? By coming to Las Vegas this weekend for his annual Tiger Jam XV  fundraiser which will include a golf tournament and clinic at Las Vegas resort course Cascata. The concert headliner this year is Kid Rock who will perform a concert following a private dinner and auction at Mandalay Bay Events Center. "Kid Rock is a great performer. We welcomed him to the Tiger Jam stage a few years ago, and we're excited he'll be back to headline our 15th Tiger Jam," Woods said in a statement recently. "This event is so important to my foundation, helping us grow our programs and provide even more young people with the chance to attend college." Over the course of his career Kid Rock has sold more than 26 million albums and reached the highest levels of rock superstardom.

Cascata is owned and operated by Caesars Entertainment, and annually hosts Tiger's private clinic where participants are allowed to ask Woods questions. He also gives a clinic. A highlight of the 2012 clinic was when Woods broke glass ala Big Break. He also revealed how he controls ball height and movement, something he mentioned as a strength during his win at THE PLAYERS CHAMPIONSHIP this past weekend. Tiger's Poker Night is being sponsored by the World Poker Tour and footage will be used during an episode. There is a $10,000 buy-in for the poker event which will be emceed by Hellmuth. Also scheduled to attend is poker Hall of Famer Doyle Brunson, WPT host and Poker Hall of Famer Mike Sexton, and other poker greats.
