Eagle Golf has managed municipal, public and private facilities throughout the United States since 1984," says Joe Munsch, Eagle Golf Management CEO. "Our sustained success is the direct result of a deep understanding of the golf industry and a constant eye on the future of the game. Our track record speaks for itself. The facilities we manage are consistently recognized as the best in their market for course conditions, available amenities and customer service.”

Open since 1996, Desert Pines Golf Club is a Dye Designs course. The club features thousands of mature pines, undulating fairways, and a design meant to emulate Sand Hill style courses located in the Carolinas. The course was owned and operated by Walters Golf from its opening until the transfer of ownership was finalized. Desert Pines is located minutes from the burgeoning downtown area of Las Vegas. A little farther away are the beautiful resorts on the Las Vegas Strip.

“Though we no longer own the course, we’re proud of the legacy we’re leaving behind. We couldn’t be happier with the new owners, and we’re confident the new management, Eagle Golf, will continue to elevate the quality of golf in Las Vegas,” said Mike Luce, President of Walters Golf.

Walters Golf executives also state that Vegas Preferred memberships will be honored at Bali Hai and Royal Links Golf Club. More details about the new Desert Pines management plans and the capital improvements are forthcoming so stay close to GolfLasVegasNow.com for more details.
