Las Vegas, Nevada (December 11, 2014)–There's just something about the Las Vegas Paiute Golf Resort. The resort, which is home to three Pete Dye-designed signature golf courses, is a local and visiting Las Vegas golfer favorite. The resort has also earned many awards over the years, and now comes word that the Resort was recently named to the Top 100 of Golfweek's Best Resort golf courses, coming in at 75th. The Wolf was the third course built at the Las Vegas Paiute Golf Resort and features several dramatic holes including the par 3, 15th hole. The memorable and beautiful hole features an island green surrounding by water and is one of the most talked about holes in the Las Vegas Golf Region.

"It is a wonderful honor to be named as one of Golfweek's Best Resort golf courses, and we don't take such recognition lightly. The team here at the Las Vegas Paiute Golf Resort from guest services to the professional staff to the marketing team to the Superintendent team to the tribal leadership, and everybody here, strives on a daily basis to ensure that we offer the best product to our valued guests. Earning such recognition from a respected international golf publication proves that our efforts are being rewarded and we thank the editors for selecting The Wolf. It is also a little more special to earn this recognition now because it proves how we have successfully come back stronger than ever following the massive flooding in late 2013."The other two golf courses at the Resort are the Snow and Sun Mountain. Each feature typical Pete Dye flare and are very much worth the play even though the recent Golfweek spotlight shone brightly on The Wolf. The three golf courses at Paiute are undisturbed by housing or other buildings, and a round at Paiute is a natural Vegas golf journey.

In addition to the three outstanding courses, the Paiute is home to a large and beautiful clubhouse that features a restaurant, bar, fully-stocked pro shop, locker rooms, and several event areas that can accommodate large golf tournaments, weddings or other events. The Resort is the home to many multiple-course tournaments each year including the Duel in the Desert, an event on the Golf Channel Amateur Tour. The event is so popluar that it sells out months in advance and much of that has to do with the quality of the Las Vegas Paiute Golf Resort as a host venue.

The Resort was included in Golfweek's Best Top 100 with such courses as Pebble Beach, Bandon Dunes, Pinehurst #2 and other quality and legendary courses. The Paiute jumped into the rankings after being included in the next 100 in 2014. The Resort was lsited ahead of courses at Troon North, the Resort at Turtle Bay and the Resort at Pelican Hill.
