Las Vegas, Nev. (Feb. 21, 2015)— The Golf Summerlin courses (Highland Falls, Palm Valley and Eagle Crest) are the home of some great Las Vegas golf deals and rates for all Las Vegas golfers over the next few weeks. You and your golfing buddies have the chance to play all three courses for great rates. But, you better hurry–these golf deals come to an end on March 17, 2015. –By Bill Bowman
At Highland Falls and Palm Valley, golfers who book online get a 2 or 4-player special for just $49 for residents and $69 for visitors. This also includes 2-for-1 prices on Coronas.
At Eagle Crest, the price is $35 for residents and $40 for visitors. Players will also receive 2-for-1 prices on Honey Brown Ale.
Al three Golf Summerlin courses are Billy Casper/Greg Nash designs. All are 18-hole layouts, but the designs vary and offer players a wide range of golf experiences from driveable par 4s to risk/reward par 5s to challenging and beautiful par 3s.
Check the website for times the special is available and for openings or call the tee times reservation phone number at (800) 803-0758.
At Highland Falls, players will find a layout that stretches out to a manageable 6,512 yards from the tips. It’s home to one of the more challenging and picturesque par 3s anywhere, the 206-yard 14th. The tee box is perched some 40 feet above the green, but it’s the view of the Las Vegas Strip in the background that makes this one a stunner.
At Palm Valley, you’ll find the longest of the three layouts at 6,849 yards. The opening and closing holes are reachable par 5s…both just under 540 yards. Big hitters can definitely get home in two and these are two ideal risk/reward holes for everyone. Will you take gamble and go for it in two…or lay up?
At Eagle Crest, players will take on a par-60 executive course that, while short at 4,067 yards, will definitely test accuracy and shot-making ability. It’s a great place to work on that short game while still having a few holes to let ‘er rip with the driver.
So there you have it, three different golf course tests and prices that will let you tee it up at one–or all three courses–without breaking the bank.
