Andson’s mission is to educate, inform, and inspire children, youth, and young adults by delivering innovative programs in academics, financial literacy, and mentoring. We believe that youths’ ability to contribute to society, care for the world around them, and eventually achieve a fair and sustainable standard of living depends strongly on both the level of education they receive and their ability to manage personal finances.
Andson’s goal is to support these vital aspects of development, equipping students with the necessary life skills to close the education gap and avoid the financial crises that often plague the adult lives of at-risk, disadvantaged youth.
Andson objectives:
- Academic improvement, achieved by comprehensive after school tutoring support and measured in grade level literacy assessments currently in use through our school systems
- Financial literacy improvement, achieved through effective financial education, when possible encouraging savings habits through actual practice
Andson programs are intended to serve a broad age range of children in the Las Vegas, Boulder City and Henderson areas. The majority of youth in our programs are at-risk, low-income and underserved – some of the most vulnerable in Southern Nevada.
So, play Southern Highlands and experience one of the best courses in Las Vegas and help a worthy cause. Not a bad way to spend a day.
