Tiger Woods Fundraiser Hits Las Vegas

Las Vegas, Nev. (March 28, 2016)–Tiger Woods annual trip to Las Vegas for Tiger Jam, a major fundraiser for his foundation, is set for April 29-30 with golf to be played at Shadow Creek and a major concert headlined by Jason Mraz. It is the 18th annual event, with nearly all of them taking place in Las Vegas. Woods is currently injured with no scheduled return to the PGA TOUR. It has been a common theme for Tiger Jam, where he once watched Van Halen perform while on crutches. There are still opportunities to purchase sponsor packages. –By Brian Hurlburt.

Tiger Jam will kick off Friday, April 29 at the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino with Tiger’s Poker Night presented by the World Poker Tour. It is an exclusive charity poker tournament hosted by Woods. For an $11,000 buy-in, participants will have an opportunity to play with some of the world’s top poker players and a host of celebrity guests.

Prior to Saturday evening’s live concert at MGM Grand, guests can participate in a morning golf outing at the elite Shadow Creek golf course, a bucket list course among avid golf fans and players for its dramatic landscapes, sparkling creeks and lush gardens.

A pre-concert party on Saturday, April 30, includes a VIP reception featuring live and silent auctions filled with luxury items and one-of-a-kind experiences. Following the intimate concert with Mraz, the evening concludes with an epic post-party celebration.

Mraz has amassed a diverse and dedicated fanbase through music and performance, emerging from the San Diego coffeehouse scene to stadiums globally. His music has garnered numerous awards around the world — from multiple GRAMMY nominations and wins, People’s Choice, Teen Choice, and Songwriter’s Hall of Fame awards to diamond & multi–platinum sales awards to environmental and other accolades recognizing his contributions to the world.

A variety of VIP packages are available for attendees to create their ultimate Vegas experience. For more information on 2016 Tiger Jam opportunities, click here or call Matt Cusick at 949-725-3003.
