Canyon Gate Country Club–Value $800. Canyon Gate is a private layout located right in the middle of Las Vegas. The Ted Robinson designed layout plays to a par of 72 and is 6,769 yards from the tips. Water comes into play beautifully on more than half of the holes putting a premium on accuracy.
Lagoons, waterfalls, bunkering and mature landscaping add to the beauty and the challenge.
Falcon Ridge Golf Club–Value $250
Falcon Ridge is located in Mesquite, an hour north of Las Vegas. This Kelby Hughes designed course opened in 2004 and is a roller-coaster ride of epic proportions. It’s a par-71 layout that stretches out to 6,550 yards from the tips.
Severe elevation changes, water features and bunkering make this layout one that will test golfers from start to finish.
Royal Links Golf Club–Value $600
Royal Links, located just minutes from the Las Vegas Strip, is a Dye International layout that replicates holes used in the British Open rotation. The course is a par-72 layout that reaches 7,029 yards.
Players will get the chance to play the ‘Road Hole’ and ‘The Postage Stamp’ as well as the opportunity to check out the Swilcan Bridge and many other items associated with The Open Championship.
